I recently joined a WSET Course Hong Kong in a popular Wine School Hong Kong called Corvino. I love the content taught in WSET Course Hong Kong and tutors at Corvino Wine School Hong Kong. Now, let me share with you a little something of what I’ve learnt in the course.
Definitely the most famous wine region in Germany, the Mosel is located on the Mosel river between the German cities of Koblenz and Trier. The region is known for its lush vineyards, and the wines are often dry, fruity, and light-bodied.
In the state of Bremen there are several wine-growing areas that have their own unique characteristics. The Aare valley is located in the north of the state, near the town of Bremen. It has a temperate climate with a long growing season, which makes it suitable for producing high quality grapes. The Aare River runs through the valley, which helps to keep the soil clean.
The best-known grape varieties grown here are the red varieties: Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Pinot Noir. The Aare valley also produces some of Germany’s highest quality white wines.
